Judith Watt (IFA) was speaking to the P5-P7 pupils about the importance of drinking enough water each day and the benefits that this has. The pupils learned about an 'interesting' way to identify if they have been drinking enough water during the day and what they should do to improve this.
All the pupils in P5-P7 were lucky enough to receive some new water bottles during their PE session with Judith.
