This morning a team of 4 pupils from the P7 class travelled to the Glenavon Hotel in Cookstown to take part in the Mid Ulster 'heat' of the Northern Ireland Road Safety Quiz which is organised by Road Safe NI.
The members of the team have been working hard over the past few weeks reading the following booklets- 'The Highway Code' and 'Top Tips Street Smart, Road Safe Booklet'
Many of the questions asked in the quiz came from these booklets along with some general knowledge questions.
The Team performed fantastically well and were placed 5th out of 13 schools participating in this Mid Ulster 'heat'. A brilliant result!
