Accelerated Reading Success at Coagh Primary School
We were delighted to celebrate so many Reading Stars in Assembly this week! It’s clear that a lot of fantastic reading has taken place over the Christmas holidays, and it was wonderful to recognise the dedication and effort of our pupils.
Bronze Awards are presented to pupils who have read an incredible 250,000 words, and this week we were proud to present these awards to:

Well done to these pupils for reaching this milestone!
Silver Awards are awarded to pupils who have read an impressive 500,000 words. We had four pupils achieving this level-
•Matthew (P4)
•Ella H (P6)
•Eden Grace (P6)
•Sienna (P6)
•Ewan (P7)
A special congratulations also goes to Lana (P7), who earned her second Silver Award, having read over 1.5 million words! What an incredible achievement.
It’s wonderful to see so many pupils engaged with their reading and making excellent progress. Keep up the great work, everyone! We look forward to celebrating even more reading achievements in the weeks to come.
