This year Coagh Primary School will be supporting The Leprosy Mission as our chosen charity. On Monday Peter Hilton came to talk to all the children about how the money we raise can help buy medicine for those who have Leprosy. Leprosy, which is also known as Hansen’s disease, affects over 20,000 children per year. The disease makes hands become tight, clawed inwards, making it very difficult to carry out everyday tasks. Please check your child’s schoolbag for a sponsorship form.
