As part of Coagh Primary School’s ‘Extended Schools Services’ there are a variety of services available to parents. These include:

Early Bird Club- available from 8.30am
Fun Club- Available for P1-P3 pupils from 1.45pm – 3pm
Homework Club- Available for P1-P7 pupils from 3pm - 5.30pm

All the 'Extended Schools Services' are supervised by our dedicated team of fully trained Classroom Assistants who have built up an excellent relationship with all the pupils.

Early Bird Club (Not running at present- Pupils have a flexible arrival time between 8.30am-9am and go straight to their classroom)

Pupils in P1-P7 are supervised by a classroom assistant in either the Assembly
Hall or in the Playground (Weather Dependent) until school begins at 8.50pm.
There is a charge of 50p per day for this service.

Fun Club

Fun Club is available to pupils in P1-P3. Pupils are supervised in the Assembly
Hall where there is craft, games and activities or when the weather improves
the pupils go to the playground and take part in outdoor games with the
classroom assistants. Fun Club costs £1 per day.

Homework Club

Homework Club is open daily from 3pm until 5.30pm for all pupils from P1-P7.
During homework club the pupils are given time to complete their written
homework for that day with guidance from the two classroom assistants
supervising. A snack is given to each pupil attending which is followed by a
variety of activities such as board games, art and craft, computer time, outdoor
games and play depending on the time of year and weather conditions. This
service is available for £3 per hour (£7 from 3pm - 5.30pm) during term time and has proved very
popular with parents and pupils.
